Hey I’m Parm Saggu and I’d love to be your new mentor and guide.
Since I started Parm’s Yoga a few years ago, I’ve been featured in over 52 publications and have hosted workshops for large organizations like the worldwide Art of Living Foundation, Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Bank of Montreal in Canada.
I spent 2 years living in ashrams around the world and training under a living, enlightened master. He taught me everything I know about helping people become their best selves and I created this membership because I know how lonely this journey can be.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck and directionless on this path and by immersing myself in spiritual knowledge, I’ve been able to come out shining on the other side of this dark tunnel.
