I'm Parm, Owner and Founder of Parm's Yoga

…and I’ll be your host for the 8 Day Mindfulness Challenge.

Parm’s Yoga is a result of my journey to find myself.

Not too long ago, I was sitting where you are today. I fit all of those checkboxes above and I was paralyzed to take the next step. I didn’t know what was ahead of me and I was too afraid to venture out into that void.

It wasn’t until I finally gave up on trying to make myself fit into a role I knew would never make me happy that my life started to change.

I let go of certainty and let my heart guide me. And it brought me everything I could’ve asked for and more.

My mission?

To help you realize that this is possible for you too and to guide you step-by-step to create the life you’ve always dreamed of.
